Retention Research

The Gettysburg College Fact Book includes cohort retention and graduation rates, both overall and disaggregated by subgroup (by gender, race/ethnicity, Pell status, student-athlete status); these statistics are updated annually. The Office of Institutional Research also periodically conducts special research on retention to inform the College's retention efforts. Below is a sample of reports.
